Digital Image License
By purchasing the digital images you selected, you agree and acknowledge that you are not acquiring any right, title, or interest in or to the Images(s) or any associated copyrights, other than the right to possess, hold and use the Images(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes. Images are not to be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use, or reproduced in any way by parties other than the owner. Any form of redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Social Media
When creating a new project, I like to share with my followers my works in progress. I use different medias like Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, etc., to share the progression of a project for content. If your project must be confidential, inform me, including the date to which the project would be allowed to be publicized. Having a project stay private is also completely fine and up to the customer.
Customers are allowed to share, blog, and post about their purchased artwork(s), however, all artwork that is posted to social media requires a direct link or credit towards me the owner or, “Raven Snow Design” as the creator. Buyer is not allowed to copy, download, screenshot, or capture the images in any other form other than receiving the downloaded file after purchasing. Altering the appearance of the artwork too significantly is also prohibited.
License
All images are property of Raven Snow Design and are copyrighted by law. None of them can be copied, used, or published for commercial purposes without the owner's specified permission to do so. As the creator, I reserve ownership and the right to use all of the artworks on my website, blogs, or any other related marketing material.
